Training, working out, exercise, movement doesn’t have to be serious or seen as a chore. I always get better results when I find fun in the workout, make a game out of training, or challenge someone to a stupid, little competition.
Focus on the process, work hard, play often, have fun, and forget about “having to get results right now”
Do you hate “exercising in a gym”? Good. Go find something you enjoy doing that gets you MOVING, focus on getting better at that thing, and do it CONSISTENTLY.
Grip Strength Finisher:
Find an object you can flip in your hands for 10-15 reps
Shoot for 3 sets of max reps
Rest 60 seconds between sets
