I won’t be able to run tomorrow as I’m leaving immediately after work for a weekend away with family, and I don’t think I’ll have it in me to do 9 miles before brekkie, when it’s got Threshold mileage in it 🤢 dim diolch!
I have a tightness in the upper quad however, really don’t know how, as I only noticed it Tuesday evening/Wednesday Morning and didn’t feel it pull at all during Tuesday Morning’s session. It feels lots better today, it’s mainly yo and down stairs it pulls, so we shall see! 🤷🏼♀️ fingers crossed!
