Day 3 of the #100abchallenge I didn't get  a photo of me doing them as we are out in Vegas and staying in this little room that doesn't really have space to get a decent photo 😂 but suffice to say I did my hundred double leg lifts. I took breaks at 30, 50, 70 and finally made it to 100. Woof. Feeling it! Lol .

I don't get it.. I always start "fitness journey" and it goes well and when I see first results I quit. What's wrong with me?! 😦 I'am at my heaviest now so obv this photo is few months old. I wish I wouldn't quit every time. I need to get my s*it together because I can't even recognize myself anymore. 
Today I'll take progress photo and my measurements for starting point. And then... Then I'll have to work hard.

I often find myself questioning how productive my workouts were. I can do cardio for 45+minutes, go lift, and then do a few fun things like jump rope or burpees or whatever and I still feel like they’re not enough. Part of me knows that any workout is better than no workout but why do i have a constant lingering feeling of being unproductive?? This is such a hard process and i’m learning that it’s definitely 100% more mental than it is physical. hope you guys had a worthy, productive saturday!! ☀️
